Sheri & David | September 11th | Aspen, Colorado
From the bride:
I will never forget looking out over the Rockies’ and whispering to my new husband “We are absolutely the luckiest people in the entire world!” He whispered back “I know, and I can’t believe how much I love you”. Funny part is – we completely forgot that David had a microphone clipped to his tuxedo. The entire audience could hear our little whispers throughout the ceremony and needless to say, there was not a dry eye in the entire place! While embarrassing, everyone admits that it made the ceremony very personal.
Photography by Eliesa Johnson, Photogen, Inc.Our guests rode the gondola from the base of Aspen Mountain up to the peek at 11,212 feet and were immediately seated on a terraced lawn overlooking the Rocky Mountains. I can’t imagine a more happy moment in my life than marrying my best friend and honestly I can’t imagine a more beautiful setting. I’ve traveled to many beautiful places in 29 years and I can honestly say that Aspen is one of the most beautiful! You won’t find a city that is as charming. While small, the city is full of culture. Great music venues, art, shopping and restaurants! There is so much to do that it’s easy for guests to turn the destination wedding into a mini vacation.
