An Ethereal Winter Styled Shoot in Northern Vermont
From Jaclyn Watson Events: In the midst of winter in Vermont, and with Kirsty Mitchell’s Daughter of Narnia in mind, a storybook design came together. The White Queen bride amongst the snowy birch in her stunning caped Alexandra Grecco gown. The grandiose feasts featured in A Song of Ice and Fire by George RR Martin created this image of an over-the-top feast for a Queen and her King. The warmer temperatures allowed for glimpses of the soft browns and muted golds hiding beneath the white blanket of snow. The unexpected colors played off the tones hidden in our centerpieces, beautifully created by Apotheca Flowers, and the pops of color from the extravagant feast laid out by Let’s Pretend Catering. Our clean and crisp, woodsy cake was a perfect touch to this come to life adventure. Be Our Guest included unique china pieces that embodied the story while Ferro Jewelers included beautiful vintage estate pieces that matched the era.
